Safety bar:
If this bar is pulled towards the user, the blades will be engaged.
Releasing the operation lever disengages the blade drive from the engine, causing the blade axle
to come to a stop. The lever therefore provides maximum safety and prevents the engine coming
to an unexpected stop.
The engine can only run if the safety bar is pressed against the steering bar. While working,
therefore, this must always be manually pressed against the steering bar. You are not permitted
to fix this safeguard in position in any other way (e.g. rope, adhesive tape,…)
Wheel scrapers:
The back wheels are equipped with wheel scrapers. The tyre tread stays clean, allowing the ma-
chine to be more stable and giving a better cut edge.
