Discover the beautiful and unique Pure
®
rainDrop design, an attractive
way to re-use your rainwater. read the instructions below carefully before
attaching your rainDrop.
Check the following before attaching your rainDrop;
the diameter of your drainpipe
whether the drainpipe has a free space of 40 cm on each side
whether the drainpipe is situated at least 15 to 35 mm from the wall
remove the rainDrop from the packaging and remove the watering can
from the reservoir.
Determine the correct height for the rainDrop and, using a marker,
mark out an opening of no more than 37 cm on the rainpipe. The
marked openings should be at least 90 cm above the ground.
remove any drainpipe brackets that are 50 cm below or above the
marked openings.
saw the drainpipe at the marked openings.
slide the rainDrop upwards over the marks and allow the rain
reservoir overflow to drop into the bottom drainpipe, so that the
reservoir is resting on the drainpipe.
Draw four points onto your facade through the holes in the reservoir,
ensuring that your rainDrop is hanging and that the marked points
aren’t located on the joints.
remove your rainDrop from the wall after marking the drill holes. use
a drill (M8) to drill the four holes at the marked places.
Place the top of the rainDrop back over the drainpipe and make sure
that the bottom of the reservoir is resting on the drainpipe.
slide washers onto the Multi Monti fastening screws provided, screw
the Multi Montis into the wall using an open-ended spanner (16 mm)
and attach any removable drainpipes brackets back onto the wall.
Place the rainDrop Can in the water reservoir and close the tap at the
bottom. Wait for the first rain shower and experience “The wonder of
water, the power of a simple rain drop”.
