The connections to the 230 V mains
must
be made
by authorised specialist personnel.
SHK for D. 170-250 and D 350 (with brake)
1. Switch the mains power off and secure the device against being
turned on again unintentionally.
2. Open the motor terminal box.
3. Remove the motor cable from the motor terminal board.
4. Remove the blind screw connection* on the NHK housing.
This is on the bottom.
5. Remove the 4 x countersunk screws from the NHK housing.
6. Place the SHK attachment on the NHK housing and push it
forward until the flange is touching.
Note:
Ensure that the anti-rotation teeth* are at the bottom.
7. Fix the SHK housing with 4 countersunk screws M6x70 DIN 965
and 4 x toothed washers 6.4 DIN 6797.
Note:
It is
essential
to check the function of the micro switch.
When the bearing bush is lowered (turn the chain wheel),
the NHK contact (see wiring diagram in the NHK
operating instructions) must be open.
8. Connect the motor cable to the motor terminal board.
9. Screw the terminal box cover down securely.
Note:
It is
essential
to mount the shim ring 25x35x0.2 provided
between the KL safety piece and the chain guide.
The drive is now ready for operation!
