Noted :
The user cannot switch off the PowerPad in “Charging” mode.
While LCM doesn’t show “ DISCHARGING” or “CHARGING” under these
two conditions.

AC adapter current is lower than Powerpad charging limited current
0.32A. Now powerpad is only in Bypass Mode not charging.
