Make sure that your device is connected to the same router that you have plugged the gateway hub into, make sure
your 4g is off and you have the Wi-Fi connection symbol on your phone. Open the app and you will be presented with
the following screen:
Now press the inset button on the back of the router using a paperclip or such like to put the gateway hub into pairing
mode. This is just one short press.
You should then see your phone begin to synchronise, once this has happened, it should go to your heating screen.
The synchronise may be instant and take you straight to the heating page
You should then be able to press the heating button at the top of your screen, and
then press configure at the bottom right of the screen.
