KETTLE CLEANING PROCEDURE
Please follow the instructions precisely to avoid unnecessary injury or damage of the kettle.
1.
Make sure the popcorn kettle has cooled down.
2.
Unplug the Kettle from the power.
3.
Unscrew the two wing-nuts located at the kettle cover (Picture 1); please support the kettle base as
it will be released once wing-nuts are unscrewed.
4.
Detach the kettle base from the kettle cover (Picture 2).
5.
Use damp cloth to wipe clean the kettle base, stirrer, and kettle cover. WARNING: Do not immerse
the kettle base in water or any liquids.
6.
Dry all the components of the kettle before assembling.
7.
Screw the wing-nuts to attach the kettle base to the kettle cover.
8.
Make sure the wing-nuts are fully secure before turning on the kettle.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
It is strongly recommended to clean the kettle frequently to avoid burning of residual oil of the base of the
pot.
After using the popcorn machine, let it cool, and use a wet cloth to clean the main unit, main body and
glass. It is strongly recommended to wash and dry the tray after each usage to avoid any bacteria buildup.
The light bulb is replaceable with an AC120V 10W bulb.
QUICK CLEANING PROCEDURE
Turn the POP control to off. Pour 4 to 6 ounces of water (NO detergent is necessary) into inner pot. Switch
the POP control to on to boil the water and let the stirrer turn in order to remove excess oil stuck on the
surface. After cooling pour out the water into a deep bowl and discard after about 1 to 2 minutes of boiling.
CAUTION: THE KETTLE IS HOT.
Or remove the kettle and clean it with a scouring pad (Not included). Do not immerse kettle or electrical
plug in water.
