9. NOTES ON ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS
Note that a sudden temperature change from cold to warm can cause condensation to form on the battery.
Prevent this from happening by storing the bike in the same place you charge it. When charging the battery,
only use the charger it came with or one we have permitted for use. Using any other charger increases the
risk of fire.
Only replace broken or worn parts with original replacement parts from the manufacturer
or parts approved by your manufacturer. The manufacturer’s warranty will be nullified if
you install non-approved replacement parts.
Do not leave children unattended around E Bikes and/or compenents. Ensure that children understand the
dangers of using electrical devices. Any persons that owing to their physical, sensory, or mental limitations
or lack of experience should not operate any electronic compenents, including batteries and chargers, due
to risk of operating errors and injury.
•Avoid damaging cables and electrical components. If this happens, you should not ride the E Bike
until it has been checked over by a specialist!
