The oven door should
be closed during cook‐
ing so that the function
is not interrupted and to
ensure that the oven
operates with the high‐
est energy efficiency
possible. When you use
this function, the tem‐
perature in the cavity
may differ from the set
temperature. The resid‐
ual heat is used. The
heating power may be
reduced. For general
energy saving recom‐
mendations refer to
"Energy Efficiency"
chapter, Energy Sav‐
ing.When you use this
function the lamp auto‐
matically turns off after
30 seconds.
Grill
To grill flat food and to
toast bread.
Turbo Grilling
To roast larger meat
joints or poultry with
bones on one shelf po‐
sition. To make gratins
and to brown.
Catalysis
To help the self-clean‐
ing catalytic oven layer.
The lamp may turn off
automatically at a
temperature below 60 °C
during some oven functions.
