Freezer control must be on for cooling to
begin in both compartments.
This is normal for a fully automatic
defrosting refrigerator. The defrost cycle
occurs periodically, lasting about 20
minutes.
Make sure plug is tightly pushed into
outlet.
Check and/or replace fuse with a 15 amp
time-delay fuse. Reset circuit breaker.
Call local electric company.
This is normal. Larger, more efficient units
require longer running time.
It is normal for the refrigerator to work
longer under these conditions.
Allow 8-12 hours for the refrigerator to
cool down completely.
Operation of the ice maker causes the
refrigerator to run slightly longer and/or
more frequently.
Warm food will cause the refrigerator to
run more until the desired temperature is
reached.
Warm air entering the refrigerator causes
it to run more. Open the door less often.
Make sure refrigerator is level. Keep food
and containers from blocking door. See

Set the respective control to a warmer
setting until the temperature is
satisfactory. Allow 24 hours for the
temperature to stabilize. Then, adjust the
other compartment if necessary.
