Setting Microwave Controls
Fast Cooking
This oven has two pre-programmed settings that
make it easy to cook with both convection heat and
microwave automatically.

Fast Roast 300˚F 30%
Fast Bake 325˚F 10%
With the exception of those foods that cook best
by convection heating alone, most foods are well
suited to fast cooking using either Fast Bake or Fast
Roast.
The marriage of these two cooking methods
produces juicy meats, moist and tender cakes and
fine textured breads, all with just the right amount of
browning and crispness.
The temperatures can be changed; however, the
microwave power cannot.
The oven temperature can be changed from 100˚F
to 450˚F. When the display says SELECT TEMP,
touch desired temperature pad. Ex: Fast Roast pad,

1. Press MICRO OVEN .
2. Press
FAST BAKE.
3. Select temperature by
pressing number pad.
4. Press START .
5. Enter cooking time by
pressing the number pads.
