The most important causes of faults that you can rec-
tify yourself are summarised in the chapter ”Rectifying
Faults”.
If, however, you call our customer service for any of the
faults specified or because the appliance is being in-
correctly operated, the service engineer’s visit cannot
be made free of charge, even during the guarantee
period.
When calling customer service, quote the production
number and the serial number that are given on the rat-
ing plate. This can be found on the right-hand upper
inside edge of the door.
In order that you will always have the numbers at hand,
we recommend that you note them down here.

parts possible, so that the dishwasher can be repaired
at the technician’s first visit. In this way you can save
