Setting Convection Roast
The
Conv Roast
pad sets the
Convection Roast
feature. The
Conv Roast
feature combines a cook cycle with the
convection fan and element to roast meats and poultry. Heated air circulates around the food from all sides, sealing in juices
and flavors. Foods are crispy brown on the outside while staying moist on the inside. Preheating is not necessary for meats
and poultry.
Benefits of Convection Roast:
—Some foods cook up to 25 to 30% faster, saving time and energy.
—Multiple oven rack baking.
—No special pans or bakeware needed.
