Oven Functions

The oven has the following functions:

Oven Lighting

With this function you can 

illuminate

 the oven inte-

rior, e.g., for cleaning.

The heating element is not in use.

Fan-assisted circulation

For baking or frying on two possible levels.
Set the oven temperature 20-40 °C lower than for
Top/Bottom heating.

Top/Bottom heat is on, and the fan is also on.

 Turbo All-Round Grill

For 

roasting

 larger pieces of meat or poultry on one

level. The function is also suitable for 

cooking au

gratin

 and 

browning.

The grill heating element and the fan are on.
