Hints and tips

The following cooking table is an indication of the cooking time for some food categories.

Be aware that the cooking time may vary due to usage of different accessories, ingredients used, size and thickness of the
food. Hence, cooking duration can be either longer or shorter than stated.

-

Heavy loads need higher amount of water.

-

Using lower power level after preheating leads to less usage of water, Therefore, the steaming duration can be longer.

If cooking with more than one level:

Be aware that the cooking time will be longer, more water will be needed, and may need to increase steam
power level.
