Setting new values

Start

Cooking finished

Possible actions during cooking

NOTE! The oven temperature cannot be set lower than 5°C above the set core temperature.

* Applies to Combi (Hot air/Steam), Reheating Gourmet and le Chef.

 Steam, Combi and Hot air

Choose cooking mode:

Press "Steam" , "Combi" or "Hot air"
The LED lights.

Steam

Combi

Hot air

The last set oven temperature, time or core temperature
flashes for 5 sec.
The LED indicates the previous steam level.*

Press "Start" to select the pre-set values.

Press "Oven temperature", 

 "Time" 

or

"Meat temperature" 

(core temperature)

When the button's LED lights,
it is activated for setting.
The last setting flashes
on the display for 5 seconds.

Set the new value using
the "Setting knob" when
the button's LED comes on.

Choose the steam level*
between 1-5

Press "Start"
The LED lights.

The displays show:
- Actual oven temperature
- Remaining cooking time
or
- Actual core temperature

When cooking is finished:
The buzzer sounds.
LED goes out.
Cooking stops.
Time display flashes.

Press "Stop"

or

Open the door.

The buzzer stops and
the actual oven temperature
and the time setting or
the actual core temperature
are shown on the displays.

Cancel cooking:

Press "Stop"

NOTE!
Settings are NOT
cancelled when the door
is opened during cooking.

Water injection can be chosen
during cooking in the Hot air mode.

Changing the steam level*:
Choose the new steam level
between 1-5.
