Using the Oven

Setting meat probe core temperature

To switch the oven off when the temperature at the centre of a roast reaches a
core temperature set by you.

There are two temperatures to consider:

–

The oven temperature: See Roasting Table

–

The core temperature: See MEATPROBE Table

Insert meat probe as described before.

In the text line MEATPROBE and the
symbol

are displayed.

Set the desired core temperature
within 5 seconds, using the

buttons.

The display changes to the current
core temperature.

If OVEN FUNCTIONS should already
be displayed in the text line, before
the desired core temperature has
been set, then press the
SELECTION

button, until the symbol

flashes and then perform the set

ting.

The core temperature is displayed from 30°C.

Set oven function and, if necessary, oven temperature.
As soon as the preset core temperature is reached, a signal sounds.

To switch off the signal, press any button.
