Troubleshooting

If Service is required

If the need for service arises, contact the dealer from whom the unit was purchased. State the Model 
Number and Serial Number and explain the problem. The Model and Serial Number plate is located inside 
the unit at  the upper right hand corner.

If you do not know the name of the selling dealer or local service company, you can check online at www.
electroluxusa.com, or call 877-435-3287.

Troubleshooting – What to check when problems occur
