KEEP HEATER AWAY FROM WATER AND OUT OF DAMP LOCATIONS
This product is not to be used in bathrooms, laundry areas or other
similar damp locations.
Never locate heater where it may come into direct contact with water
(bath tubs, sinks, water containers, etc.).
Do not touch the heater if you are wet or have wet hands, as this
increases the risk of electrical shock.
INSPECT AND CLEAN HEATER REGULARLY
Portable heaters should be inspected on an annual basis and cleaned
frequently to ensure that they are in safe working condition.
Seek out a qualified worker to perform any repairs. Never use
a defective heater.
HEATER OPERATION
Always operate heater in an upright position following all application
and safety instructions.
Place heater in area of room that is coldest. Plug heater directly into
15A-120V outlet.

To start the heater, turn the ON/OFF Power Level Control from the OFF
position to the FAN, LOW HEAT or HIGH HEAT setting.
Rotate the Thermostat Control clockwise to the HIGH thermostat
position (as described below).
NOTE:
During the heaters initial use, you may experience a slight odor
or smoking. This is the result of the heating element lubrication “burning
off”. This is normal and will go away after a few minutes of use.
Setting Thermostat
After heater has been turned on and room has reached the desired
temperature, slowly rotate the Thermostat Control counter-clockwise
until the heater shuts off.
By leaving the thermostat at this setting, it will automatically maintain
this temperature.
To lower temperature, rotate the control further counter-clockwise.
To raise temperature, rotate the control further clockwise.
Power Level Control
The heater has 2 heat settings: HIGH and LOW.
Use the HIGH setting (1500W) to raise the temperature quickly.
Use the LOW setting (1300W) when the desired temperature
is reached.
Activating Anti-Freeze Setting
When activating the anti-freeze setting, the unit will operate
automatically when the surrounding temperature reaches close
to freezing. To engage this function, set the thermostat on and the
heat switch to 1500W. Operation will continue until the surrounding
temperature increases.
Turning Heater OFF
Turn the Power Level Switch to the OFF position before unplugging
or plugging in the heater.
Be sure to unplug the heater when not in use.
To Operate FAN Only
Turn the ON/OFF Power Level Control to the FAN setting.
Turn Thermostat Control fully clockwise so fan will run continuously.
Overheat Protection
If the heater grill is obstructed, or if the heater gets too hot for any rea-
son, the automatic overheat protection device will turn the heater off.
To reset the heater, simply turn power off and unplug heater for 10
minutes until it cools down, then you may plug heater in and restart.
