Reassembly

Place the handlebars in the lower bridges.

Place the top brackets and screws on the handlebar.

Tighten the bolts of the upper bridges to a torque of 20
Nm.

Before riding the motorbike again, make sure that the

handlebars are securely fastened as this could cause serious falls.

11.7 Dismantle and reassemble the motorbike cover

Stop the vehicle (9.5),

Raise the motorbike on a stand (12.1),

Remove the headlight plate (11.1),

Remove the front fender (11.6),

Remove the central cover of the motorbike by
unscrewing 1 screw with an 8mm socket,

- Remove the rear cover with a 4mm Allen key and unscrew the
4 screws simultaneously
