b) Use shims to level the Base Support, if necessary.

Isokern Mortar
a) Set the Isokern Firebox Base Plate in a full bed of Isokern
Mortar flat on the Base Support.
b) Level the Base Plate by floating it in a bed of Isokern Mortar to
full bearing against the underlying Base Support surface.

a) Place the Base Sleeve over the Base Support and Plate
assembly with access openings facing front of Fireplace.
The Base Sleeve should fit snug and level around both the
Base Support and Plate pieces.
