Function
The Hand Transmitters RT42/RT43 are radio
transmitters with 4-button operation. By pushing
the button the secwave code is transmitted and
the connected secwave receivers are switched
in their selected operating mode.
The transmitter has a battery check function,
which checks the capacity of the battery. If the
battery is weak, the LED flashs during transmis
-
sion.

Start-Up
The transmitter comes with a battery already in-
stalled. Once it is unpacked, it is ready for imme-
diate use.
Transfer every transmitter code to the radio recei-
ver. For this read the operating instructions sup-
plied with the radio controls.
Using the transmitter
Press the transmitter button, the LED lights up
and the code of the transmitter button is sent to
the receiver.
If the LED flashes after depressing the
trans-
mitter button, please change the battery.
Send learning telegram
Press the learn button PTx briefly and then a
transmitter button. A learning telegram will be
sent. With this telegram the learning mode on the
receiver is activated.
Precondition for this is:
- The receiver supports this feature.
- The transmitter has already been program-
med into the receiver.
Then, a new transmitter can be learned into the
receiver. Please read the operating instructions
supplied with the receivers.
Insert/change battery
1. Insert a small object (for example: slotted
screwdriver) into the slot on the back side of the
transmitter. Press the cover carefully upwards.
2. Replace the battery. Only use batteries of the
type CR2032.
Make sure the poling is correct. The
positive pole has to be visible!
3. Replace the cover back.
The coding of the transmiter is preserved
even if there is no voltage supply. You do not
need to memorize the code in the receivers
again after a battery change.
Trouble Shooting
- If the LED does not light up at all: exchange
the battery or make sure that the poling of the
battery is correct.
- If the LED flashes after the transmission proce

to the radio receiver or re-transfer the transmis-
sion code to the radio receiver.
