2.25. Display and touch panel replacement
The disassembly of front cover is the most demanding operation on service of Uniq 150. It is necessary
to work in dust-free and clean environment because it is not possible to clean some parts after installation.
2.25.1. Replacement of AUO kit
It is necessary prepare before replacement:
– Front foil according to color: gray – M040566 or black – M040581
– Insulation foil 25 × 12,5 × 0,25 mm – M030176
– Doublesided sticker tape Tesafix 4965 12 × 25 mm – M990089
– Phillips screwdriver
Process of replacement:
1. Loosen the front foil. During this operation the foil will be demaged and it is necessary to provide a new
one.
2. Remove four screws holding the display and the touch panel on the front cover via clips.
Note: AUO display with touch panel is one integral part.
3. Place the display in the front cover, put the clips in and fix them with screws.
4. Stick a new insulation foil on the display using doublesided sticker tape according to figure.
5. Stick the front foil. Process is decribed in particular chapter.
Note: Fron cover contains metal strips to join front and rear cover. It is possible to remove the metal strips after
removing the display or can be removed without display removal loosen the screws.

It is necessary prepare before replacement:
– Tape EPDM 2 × 6 mm/10 m black, about 1110 mm – M990140
– Doublesided sticker tape – M990091
– Metal joining strip PP5000 TL – M050225
– Metal joining strip P PP5000 TL – M050232000
– Metal joining strip L PP5000 TL – M050233000
– Silicone OTTOSEAL S110 310 ml RAL 9016 – M990142
