Chapter 2 Adjusting Screens

To set color gamut
Set the color reproduction area (color gamut). “Color gamut” is the range of colors that devices such as
monitors, digital cameras and printers can express. Various standards are defined.
Settings
Purpose
Native
Display images in the monitor’s original color gamut.
Adobe
®
RGB
Display images in the color gamut defined by Adobe
®
RGB.
sRGB
Display images in the color gamut defined by sRGB.
Procedure
1. Choose “Color” from the Adjustment menu, and press
.

Choose “Color Gamut” from “Color”, and press
.
3. Use or for adjustment.
4. Press
to exit.

To perform advanced adjustments
Make further advanced color adjustments.
To adjust hue
This function allows you to adjust the hue.
Setting Range
-100 to 100
Procedure
1. Choose “Color” from the Adjustment menu, and press

Choose “Advanced Settings” from “Color”, and press

3. Choose “Hue”, and press
.
4. Use or for adjustment.

Using this function may make some color gradations unavailable for display.
