as longitudinal polisher
1)
Tools lik e Mini-Fleece, Mini-Mix (= Combi), Mini-Mop (Flap) wheels, brushes and expansion rollers are supplied
with a 6mm shaft. Insert the shaft into the 6mm cullet, push the button from the spindle lock on the MINI-
MA X
®+
and tighten with an open-end wrench (supplied). Important: Do not ov er tighten!
2) The stainless steel guard can be indiv idually adjusted by loosening the fastening screw.
3) To achiev e shadow free brushed finish, it is important to mov e the machine in a linear motion without using
excessiv e pressure on the work piece
Note : For the removal of welds, spots and dee p scratches, we recommend first to use spiral bands
which are mounted on expansion ro11ers. For applications like matt finish or satin finish
- use Mini-Fleece or Mini-Mix (= Combi ) wheels.
Grinding/Sanding:
Use Mini-FIX flap discs (grits: 40-120) for applications such as removing welding seams
and deburring.
Polishing:
Use Mini-FIX fleece discs (grits coarse - superfine).
Cleaning:
Use Mini-FIX Clean discs for fast removal of oxides, paint, rust, weld conditioning etc.
Mirror Polish:
Use Mini-FIX Felt discs and polish ing compounds.
(Note: Do not use different compounds on the
same polishing disc)
Cutting:
Use Mini-FIX Cutting discs with special shaft.
For this application the special cover guard must be used!

as angle grinder
1) Firstly the protection guard has to be completely remov ed.
2) C hange handle from the lengthwise position into angle grinding position by tak ing it out and turning the
machine 90° and screwing the handle back on. (Now the Mini-Max is ready as Mini-angle grinder!)
3) FIX-back ing pad has to be mounted into the 6mm cullet.
4) Now all tools of the Mini-FIX-Hook & Loop Sy stem can be mounted and changed within seconds due the
centring pin on the patented back ing pad.
Changing of MINI-MAX
®

Use the delivered wrench for fixing the bearing shaft and open with
the second wrench the 6 mm cullet.
Important! Do not open the cullet by using only one wrench and the
spindle lock otherwise it can destroy the toothed belt
