As can be seen in Illustration 7, the powder exits through the slot of the muzzle and creates a flat 
cloud (Pos. 1). The speed at the exit can be adjusted through the pressure of the cleaning air (Pos. 

2).  There are different variants of this muzzle which will create different shapes of clouds.
