• Only carry out the activities that are described in these instructions.
• Never make technical alterations to the device.
• Use only original spare parts and accessories for the device.
• Immediately disconnect all equipment in the aquarium from the mains
supply following a water leak or the tripping of the residual current pro-
tection device.
• Always disconnect all equipment in the aquarium from the mains supply
when it is not in use, before you install and / or remove equipment and
before all cleaning and maintenance work.
• The device must not be placed on or inside the aquarium cover.
• The electrical data of the device must correspond to the data of the
mains supply. This data can be found on the rating plate, on the packa-
ging or in these instructions.
The device is operated in connection with EHEIM p lamps. Refer to
the operating manual of the lamp, in particular the chapter about safety, start-
up, service and maintenance!
