Safety instructions
Read the operating and safety instructions carefully and comply with all instructions prior to operating
this device. Keep these operating instructions in a safe place.
For indoor use only. For use with aquariums.
To protect against contact voltage being too high, the fixture must have a residual current device with a rated
release fault current not exceeding 30 mA. Ask your electrician.
When filled, the aquarium must not be transported or carried. It may only be set up on level surfaces. Use a
safety mat or the self-adhesive rubber feet that come with it.
DANGER OF BREAKING!
All electrical equipment in the water must be disconnected from the mains during care and maintenance
work.
The connecting line of this device can not be replaced. When the line is damaged, the device must no longer
be used. Never carry the pump by the cable; do not bend the cable.
The pump should not run dry. Temperature range from +4°C up to max. +35°C. The motor is protected from
overheating.
For your own safety, we recommend to form a drip loop with the connection cable to prevent any water runn-
ing along the cable from intruding into the socket.
When using a multiple socket or an external power supply unit, position them atop the filter’s power con-
nection.
Such items can cause electronic or mechanical interference or damage. This also applies to pace-
makers. The necessary safety distances can be found in the instruction manuals for such medical
equipment.

. The nano tank developed specifically for accommodating and rearing shrimps
combines elegant design with time-tested EHEIM technology. Crystal clear, dirt-free water is ensured by the "suction principle"
of EHEIM undergravel filter with the EHEIM compact 300 pump in combination with the biological filter material EHEIM sub-
strate and the EHEIM Akadama Shrimp Soil. In nano shrimp 35 , the entire floor is used as a biological filter system. The
flow rate above the floor is very low, so as to cause no harm to the shrimp or hatchling. The undergravel biofilter system re-
mains stable over years to come and is virtually maintenance-free.

Netzstecker der Pumpe ausstecken. Die Pumpeneinheit vom PVC-Rohr abziehen und das Anschlussgehäuse von der Pumpe
entfernen. Anschließend die Pumpenabdeckung mit kräftigem Druck vom Motorkörper nach vorne abziehen. Das Pumpenrad
aus seiner Halterung entnehmen. Alle Pumpenteile gründlich auswaschen und mit dem Bürsten-Set (Art. Nr. 4009560) rei-
nigen. Evtl. Kalkablagerungen lassen sich entfernen, wenn man die Pumpenteile für einige Stunden in 10%ige Zitronensäu-
relösung einlegt und danach gründlich mit Leitungswasser ausspült. Anschließend alle Teile in entsprechender Reihenfolge
wieder zusammensetzen und Netzstecker einstecken.
