OPERATION
ASSEMBLING THE GRASS BAG
1) Slide the grass bag onto the frame (Fig. F).
2) Assemble the top clips to the frame (Fig. G). Then
assemble the two side clips. Assemble the bottom
clip lastly.
3) The completely assembled grass bag is shown in Fig. H.
ADJUSTING THE FOLDABLE HANDLE
WARNING:
Do not attempt to start the mower until
the handle has been locked at one of the three preset
operating positions (UPPER OPERATING POSITION, MIDDLE
OPERATING POSITION and LOWER OPERATING POSITION).
Your mower is shipped with the handle in the compact,
LOCKED STORAGE POSITION (Fig. I).
1) Pull out the two quick-adjust knobs and turn 90°
to release the handle from the LOCKED STORAGE
POSITION.
2) Lift the handle. Gently pivot the handle backward
until the handle reaches any one of the three different
positions as shown in Fig. J. Turn the knobs 90° until
you hear and feel the lock pin engage in the right
position.
