TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
CAUSE
SOLUTION
Tool doesn’t work
The battery pack is
not attached to the
backpack link.
No electrical contact
between the backpack
link and battery.
The battery pack is
depleted.
No electrical contact
between the plug and
adaptor.
No electrical contact
between the adaptor
and tool.
Attach the battery pack
to the backpack link.
Remove the battery,
check contacts and
reinstall the battery
pack.
Charge the battery
pack.
Disconnect the plug
from the adaptor and
reconnect the plug with
the adaptor.
Disconnect the adaptor
from the tool and
reconnect them.
