Slip a solder sleeve
at least
1 inch
up
the wire of the
replacement sensor
before stripping the
end of the wire
.
Step 3 – Strip the Wire Ends
Using the 26/28 hole of the wire strippers, do the following:
Remove 12.5 mm
to 15 mm (0.5 in.
to 0.6 in.) of the
insulation from the
end of the wire of
the replacement
sensor
.
Remove 12.5 mm
to 15 mm (0.5 in.
to 0.6 in.) of the
insulation from the
end of the cut wire
in the split wire
sleeve
.
