User Instructions for Replacing Sensors

  Slip a solder sleeve  

at least 

1 inch

 up  

the wire of the 
replacement sensor 

before stripping the 
end of the wire

Step 3 – Strip the Wire Ends 

Using the 26/28 hole of the wire strippers, do the following: 

 Remove 12.5 mm 

to 15 mm (0.5 in.  
to 0.6 in.) of the 
insulation from the 

end of the wire of 
the replacement 
sensor

 Remove 12.5 mm 

to 15 mm (0.5 in.  
to 0.6 in.) of the 
insulation from the 

end of the cut wire 
in the split wire 
sleeve
