This portion of owners manual is a supplement to the Bicycle owner’s manual. This section pertains
to the features in the electric bicycle and how to care for them.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
How to install the bicycle out of the box
1.
Unpack the bicycle from the box and cut all the ties that held the bicycle together during
shipping.
2.
Turn the front fork/suspension 180 degrees. If the fork cannot turn, loosen the screws holding
the handlebar stem and then turn the fork. Tighten the handlebar stem back after turning the
fork forward; such that the stem will protrude forward.
3.
Install the handle bar onto the handlebar stem. An Allen key is supplied to install the handle
bar.
4.
Remove the battery from the rack, so that it is easier to turn the bicycle upside down to install
the front wheel. To remove the battery, insert the keys into the lock and turn the key to unlatch
the battery. While the key is turned, gently slide the battery from the holder.
5.
! WARNING: Please make sure that the saddle and the handle bar are installed properly
before turning the bicycle upside down to install the front wheel. Ensure the weight of the bike
does not bend the rear mudguard.
6.
Turn the bicycle upside down such that the fork is facing upward.
7.
Check the pattern of the tire such that when installed they will match the direction of the rear
tires.
8.
Install the front wheel by placing the wheel between the forks. Place the wheel past the front v-
