Please check the following points when you find the chest freezer
The inside is not
cool enough
Loud noise is
heard
Trouble-shooting
is not working properly.
Check if the power lamp is off
The Power Plug is unplugged from the socket.
A power failure has happened.
A domestic fuse or breaker has been out.
Has the installation been properly done?
Is the Temperature control in the proper position?
Is the chest freezer in direct sunlight?
Do you frequently open-close the foam door?
Have you stored too much stuff at one time?
The inside is not
cool at all
Is the floor firm enough?
Is the chest freezer rattling?
freezer and the wall?

Is there enough space between chest
Is there a container or other object dropped
There is a possibility of condensation
on the body, the door or on the packing, when
humidity is quite high.It is the same situation as
condensation on a glass with cold water.There is
no problem.
It is not a problem. It is the sound of refrigerant
(liquid for cooling the freezer).
