The Edscha Trailer Systems sliding roofs and their operating compo-
nents are exclusively manufactured for use in truck-specific transport
operations in accordance with applicable instructions. Any usage not
in conformity with the applicable instructions is considered a misuse.
No liability will be assumed by the manufacturer for this; the user
alone bears the full risk. The “intended usage” also includes the
observance of the operation, care and maintenance instructions, as
prescribed by the manufacturer.
The manufacturer, European Trailer Systems
GmbH, is discharged from any liability if:
• the Edscha Trailer Systems sliding roof and its components
are changed arbitrarily
• Edscha-TS original parts are are replaced with other
components;
• the Edscha Trailer Systems sliding roof and its operating
components are not handled and serviced in compliance
with the applicable Edscha Trailer Systems instructions
Rules and regulations of the respective
country must be respected
The sliding roof must be inspected for visible damage
and wear and tear before beginning each journey
Defective or worn parts must be replaced immediately with
original Edscha Trailer Systems parts.
