3.  A user always connects the MFP Server. 

  Check the “Idle Timeout” setting of the MFP Server from the right side 

of “MFP Server Control Manager”. If the status is “Never Timeout”, 

please contact with your administrator to change the setting.   

  Contact with the current user and ask the user to disconnect the 

device. 

  If the user forgets to disconnect the device, you can inform the 

administrator to release the device. 

 

4.  I can’t use the MFP to scan, print or read the card reader even I have 

followed the installation of MFP as the manual. 

  Check if the MFP you are using is in the “Compatibility List” in 

Appendix.   

  Attached the MFP to PC directly and try if the MFP is able to use.
