2‐5‐7‐1 Access Control
You can only allow certain computer on your local network to access
Internet, or deny certain computer on your computer from accessing
Internet.
The descriptions of every setup item are listed below:
Item Description
Enable
MAC
Filtering
Check this box to enable computer filtering based on MAC
address. You also have to select ‘Deny’ or ‘Allow’ to deny or
allow computers on the list to access Internet.
Client PC
MAC
Address Input computer’s MAC address here (to deny or allow
Internet access)
Computer
Name If the computer you wish to assign to use this rule is online,
you can select it from this dropdown menu and click <<
button to add it to IP address field automatically.
Comment Input any text here to help you to remember to purpose of
this rule.
Add Click this button to add this rule.
Reset Click this button to clear all texts on fields above.
Select Check the box of a certain rule for deletion.
