Adding an EdgeMarc
To manage EdgeMarcs, they must first be added to EdgeView through one of the following methods:

EdgeView Web-based User Interface (GUI)
●
Auto-discovery
●
Web Service API
●
Importing from an XML document
Setting up Auto-discovery and using the Web-based User Interface will be discussed in this Quickstart
guide.
EdgeView GUI
To add an EdgeMarc to a group or to the top-level using the EdgeView GUI, click on the Group in the
device tree (or the root for the top-level). For example, to add an EdgeMarc to the “Default” Group, click
on Default as shown here:
After selecting the group, then select
Provisioning->Add New EdgeMarc... from the menu bar or click
on the Add EdgeMarc button.
