MAINTENANCE
The Starmux IV is rigidly built and requires little maintenance. Occasional cleaning of the Starmux IV and
computer cooling fan vents by blowing the dust out with canned air may prevent overheating and aid in
extending the unit's life. Beyond this, no maintenance is required.
WARNING!
Do not open the Starmux IV without first disconnecting the AC power
and allowing 10 minutes to elapse to allow for internal charge storage devices to
discharge. The internal voltages could injure or kill the operator and destroy
components.
