Batteries should be charged at least once a week or after
extended DC operation. Charge the batteries for a minimum of
12 hours to give them a full charge.  You can charge for longer
than 12 hour because you can not over charge the batteries.

Charging can also be done while the preamp is still playing
music.

Put preamp Mode Control in the middle position (yellow light will
come on) to charge the batteries.

AC Input Module

Located on right side of back panel.

This module serves as your master on/off switch, AC wall
connection and main fuse holder.
Check or Change fuses:  A spare fuse is located in the fuse
holder.  See picture below.  First turn off amplifier then turn off
and unplug the preamplifier.  Locate the word “use only with 250v
fuse” on the AC Module about the middle and to the right edge of
where the AC cord came out.  Now using a straight edge screw
driver gently pry out the center section of the module.  this is the
fuse holder.  You will find the fuse and a spare inside.

Insert flat edge

of screw driver

in slot and

gently pry the

center section

out.

Turning System Off

Step 1

A LWAYS turn off your amplifier FIRST, and wait
until the power indicator light turns off.

WARNING:
The internal supply capacitors in many amplifiers store large
amounts of energy, and can power your amplifier for several
minutes, even after the power switch is turned off. Always wait until
the power light turns off before proceeding with shut down
of the system.

Step 2

Turn off your preamplifier.

Step 3

Turn off your source component.

HINT:
If you continue to play music after the amplifier is turned off (See
