WTX500 Service Manual
Section 1
System Overview
At 4.3 lbʼs (less than 2 Kg) the WTX500 is the true original lightweight bass amplifier. Not only is
this little amp easy to transport, but with a maximum power output of 500W at 4Ω, this amplifier
is more than capable of holding its own in a live band situation. So while the rest of the band
struggles to set their gear up and drag flight cases in from the van, you can simply take the
WTX500 out from your gig bag and either plug into a cabinet or use the DI output and go
straight into the front of house!
