 4. Press the display, and the display should now read

 is a five-digit

number from 14848 to 16383.

  5.  Using the encoder, adjust the reading on the dc volt-

meter until it is +10 V dc,

 6. When this has been achieved, press the display to

accept the reading. The user may want to record
