2.7  Overheat Alert

 

To prevent ECPIN from damage by applying high temperature 
directly  to  the  electronic  parts,  there  is  a  built-in  Overheat 
Alert.  When  the  measured  temperature  is  equal  to  or  higher 
than  80°C  or  176°F,  the  Overheat  Alert  will  be  triggered. 
Please  take  out  ECPIN  from  the  heat  source  with  the  oven 
gloves  as  soon  as  possible.  Please  do  not  immediately 
immerse ECPIN into cold water after taking out from the heat 
source.
