HOW TO USE THE DICTIONARIES

Advanced Word Recognition

•

To translate or explain a word, start entering it from the keyboard
or the touchpad.

While you are typing, headwords closest in spelling to the portion
you entered so far are displayed in the

Advanced Search Area

under the input line.

•

If the desired word had appeared before you finished typing,
select it (touch the corresponding line or make sure it is

highlighted and press

) to see its translation(s) or

explanation(s).

Note:

Some words borrowed from French may be given in the

Dictionary

without accent marks.

Scroll or page through the
