parameters for critical voltages, temperatures and fan speeds.

Smart Fan Function
This item enables you to define the CPU/system/power temperature by smartly
adjusting the CPU/system/power Fan. When it is set at certain temperature, the
CPU/system/power Fan PWM value will change accordingly.
