INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Before first use
Clean the blender as indicated in the section "quick clea-
ning".
The operating time of the unit when empty must not exceed
15 seconds.
Important: the blades are very sharp, handle them with
caution. Ensure that the blender is unplugged before
dismantling its parts or attachments.
Blender instructions
The maximum time of continuous use must not exceed 1
minute. A break of 3 minutes is necessary between two
consecutive periods of use.
1. To attach the removable shaft to the motor compartment,
turn the shaft in an anti-clockwise direction until tightened. To
detach it, turn in the opposite direction.
2. Plug in the blender.
3. Then lower it until it comes into contact with the food. To
operate it, press and hold the low speed button. At the same
time, you can select the desired speed by turning the control
dial. The speed will gradually increase as the dial is turned
from left to right.
4. The appliance can also be started by pressing the high
speed button (turbo button). The blender will operate at
maximum speed at any time. In this case, the speed will not
change even if the control dial is turned.
5. To stop the blender, release the high speed button or the
low speed button.
Mincer instructions
The maximum time of continuous use must not exceed 1
minute. A break of 3 minutes is necessary between two
consecutive periods of use.
1. Place the mincer bowl on a clean, flat surface.
2. Place the stainless steel blade in the mincer bowl, as
shown in Fig. 1.
3. Place the food in the bowl.
Note: remove the bones from the meat, cut it into small
pieces and then place it in the bowl. The maximum quantity
of meat cannot exceed 200 grams per use.
4. Close the lid of the bowl, check that the tube of the bowl
inside wall is aligned with the groove in the lid, then close the
lid, turning it in a clockwise direction until it is fully-tightened
(Fig. 2). To remove the lid, turn it in the opposite direction.
5. Insert the motor compartment into the hole of the mincer
lid and turn it in a clockwise direction (Fig.3).
6. Plug in the appliance. Press and hold the low speed
button. At the same time, you can select the desired speed
by turning the control dial. The speed will gradually increase
as the dial is turned from left to right.
7. The appliance can also be put into use pressing the high
speed button (turbo button). The appliance will operate at
maximum speed at any time. In this case, the speed will not
change even if the control dial is turned.
8. To stop the appliance, release the high speed button or
the low speed button on the motor compartment.
9. After using the mincer, firstly unplug it and then remove
the motor compartment from the lid, turning it in an
anti-clockwise direction.
10. Open the mincer lid, turning it in an anti-clockwise direc-
tion and take out the minced food.
Warning
• To reduce the risk of injuries, never place the blade on the
base without having put the bowl correctly in place before-
hand.
• Before using the appliance, ensure that the lid of the
mincer is correctly in place and closed.
After using the mincer, and for your safety, firstly the motor
compartment must be disassembled from the mincer lid,
and then the lid removed. Never remove the lid without
disassembling the motor compartment beforehand.
