1. Open the top cover and pour the desired amount of water
into the cold water tank.
NOTE: Fill the tank, not exceeding the maximum level (5
cups).
2. Place the funnel into its base and ensure that it is in the
correct place. Then place a paper filter correctly into the
funnel.
3. Put the desired amount of ground coffee into the paper
filter. Normally one cup of coffee requires one measure of
ground coffee but you should adjust this according to your
personal taste, and then close the lid.
4. Place the glass jug with the lid in place onto the hot plate,
ensuring that the jug central line is aligned with the funnel
central line.
5. Plug the unit into a socket.
6. Press the switch, the indicator light will come on and the
appliance will start working. The coffee-making process can
be interrupted at any time by pressing the switch again, and
the indicator light will go out, showing that the coffee
machine is off.
