ATMOBOT is not moving
smoothly or is deviating
from the Air Purification
Path.
The universal wheel is tangled with debris.
Remove any debris or hair tangled around the universal
wheel.
The driving wheels are tangled with debris.
Remove any debris or hair tangled around the driving
wheels.
LDS are blocked. Remove the debris from the LDS.
ATMOBOT lost its map because it was manually
moved.
Try to restore the map or create a new map.
There are obstructions in the path.
Before starting mobile purification, make sure the preset
purification pathway is clear.

ATMOBOT often bumps
into surrounding objects.
Infrared distance sensors and ultrasonic obstacle
avoidance sensors are dirty or damaged.
Check the sensors. If dirty, wipe them gently with a soft
cotton cloth. If the problem persists, please contact
Customer Care.

During mobile purification,
ATMOBOT does not go to
the preset purification spots
for purification.
There are obstructions in the purification path. If
ATMOBOT cannot go around these, it will purify
a nearby spot.
Before starting mobile purification, make sure the preset
purification pathway is clear.
A door is closed, preventing the unit from
following the preset pathway to enter a room to
reach a purification spot.
