G2: The continuous offline time of gateway is more than 4 hours.
2.Possible causes

Outdoor unit(ODU) is power off.
■
Cable between gateway and ODU main control board is loose or open.
■
Damaged gateway.
ODU power supply is turned on?
Turn on the power supply.
Connection cable is loose or

Reconnect the cable.

Replace a new gateway.
