Each button is used for two separate functions and are located at the bottom of the display

Doneness / Temp Adjust Down

Use this button when selecting the desired doneness of the meat. (
Rare, Medium, Well Done
)

This button is also used to adjust the temperature
“Down”
when thermometer is in “Manual Cooking” mode
Meat Selection / Power
