When assembled
Steps:
1) Install Base Plates [1] to bottom of horizontal [4]
using bolts & wing nuts.
2) Connect verticals [2-2A] & [3-3A] together.

vertical assemblies [2/2A], [3/3A].

4) Connect horizontal [5] between verticals [2/2A], [3/3A].
5) Install lower horizontal [7] between verticals [2,6];

upper horizontal [7A].
6) Connect lower horizontal [8] between verticals [3,6A];
