Chapter 1 ● Satellite modem overview

When removing the power cord, brace the modem with one hand. Use your other 

hand to slide the power connector sleeve toward you (away from the modem) and 

pull the power cord from the DC IN port. See 

Figure 5

. 

Important:

  If the power cord does not easily disconnect from the DC IN port, 

do 

not force it

. Doing so could damage the modem.
